From among them, 180 individuals were selected as the sample size using the available sampling method. The instruments used included Kumar and Shekhar&amp;#39;s (2012) Organizational Loyalty Questionnaire, Luthans et al.&amp;#39;s (2007) Psychological Capital Questionnaire, Francis and Barling&amp;#39;s (2005) Job Security Perception Questionnaire, and Lee and Allen&amp;#39;s (2002) Extra-Role Behaviors Questionnaire.
