A sample of 180 workers at Arak Aluminum Factory completed Kanungo Job Involvement Scale, Maslach and Jackson Job Burnout Inventory, Spector Job Satisfaction Survey and California Personality Inventory (CPI). Analysis of data by Pearson moment correlation coefficient statistical analysis indicated that there were significant statistical relationships among the four variables of the study.
