Analysis of data by Pearson moment correlation coefficient statistical analysis indicated that there were significant statistical relationships among the four variables of the study. Also, regression analysis indicated that a linear combination of predictor variables of job involvement, job satisfaction and responsibility was able to predict31.8% of changes in the criterion variable of emotional exhaustion as the main component of job burnout.
